time to blog again!

lets see here, the last time i blogged was a while ago...so here we go. i am sooo happy that it is starting to warm up outside....we love it when it is warm because our family loves to do things outdoors. i have had so many comments lately form people telling me that it is so cool that we do things withthe kids all the time and how we are always togetheras a family. it is nice to hear that, but seriously...i wouldn't have it any other way and i think people are missing out. our kids are going to be some experienced, outgoing kids. a couple of our kids favorite things to do lately include horse races, rodeos, camping, fishing, and going out to shoot whistle pigs. i love it!

and what else has been going on? well, i decided that i need to look for a job. just at a nice place to eat at night....i need to get out for at least a couple hours and we could always use the extra cash....i guess it wouldn't relly be extra...more like needed cash. so, i will be on the job hunt until i find something that i like!

we recently went up to jordan valley for the rodeo ther, and we had such a blast!!! there were sooo many little kids for our kids to play with and the rodeo had some amazing livestock! the greatest part of all would be the streakers....everyone at the same time noticed two guys running accross the arena butt ass naked! they jumped over the shoots and ran into the hills, but eventually got ropped by the cowboys and taken to jail...sooo funny!!!! anyways...after the rodeo, we sat in the shade to cool off....and jake drank is 20 beers :) and then it was off to the dance. it was in the highschool gym and it really looked liek a high school dance when we got in there...everyone on the walls, not dancing. so what better to do than to make it happen? jake was about 30 beers down by this point, so me, jake and the kids my bro and his fiance' got er' done! we went out and danced our little hearts out and of course i was laughing the WHOLE time!! so everyone started joining in, and byt that time, the kids were tuckered out and we headed back to camp. it was an awesome time and a kick off to out summer full of camping, rodeos, and fun!
